  1. By making this offer, I confirm I am a potential Buyer or acting as the Agent for a potential Buyer for this domain name.
  2. By making this offer, I confirm I have the necessary funds to meet the submitted offer (or if you are the Agent, you confirm that your Client has the necessary funds to meet the submitted offer).
  3. The sale of this domain name will be executed through escrow.com and the Buyer agrees that this is the only route that will be used for the sale.
  4. The Buyer or the Buyer’s Agent is responsible for meeting escrow.com’s commission and any fees they may levy. The stated sale price shown above excludes any commissions, fees, charges, costs, etc.
  5. The Buyer or Buyer’s Agent is responsible for all other fees, charges and costs, including legal, financial or administrative that are incurred by the Buyer or the Buyer’s Agent. Please note: The domain name Seller will not levy any charges or fees to the Buyer or the Buyer’s Agent for the sale of this domain name.
  6. The sale of this domain and all steps in the sale process must be carried out within 5 business days from the date the offer is accepted by the Seller. If the sale is not concluded within 5 business days, the offer and sale will be voided.
  7. If one does not exist, the Buyer or their Agent agree to create an account with the Seller’s current Registrar in order to facilitate the transfer of the domain name.
  8. The sale is considered final after receipt of payment has been confirmed by escrow.com and the domain name has been transferred to the Buyer’s account at the Seller’s registrar. Once the sale is final, the Seller will not make any refund or buyback.
  9. The Seller reserves the right to discontinue the sale at any time before payment is received by escrow.com.
  10. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without notice, at any time.
  11. The Seller is not liable for any losses, of any kind, which are incurred by the Buyer or their Agents, at any time.
